A formal contract or booking confirmation is required before services begin. Estimates provided via our website are informational and do not constitute an offer to contract.

Freight Forwarding Services

Union Logistics Inc. acts as a freight forwarder and logistics coordinator. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Arranging transportation via third-party carriers
• Coordinating customs clearance and documentation
• Warehousing and distribution services
• Cargo insurance procurement (when requested)
• Supply chain consulting and logistics planning

We act as an intermediary and are not the actual carrier of goods. Transportation is performed by independent third-party carriers.

Limitation of Liability

Freight Forwarding Liability

• Domestic shipments: The Carmack Amendment to the Interstate Commerce Act (49 U.S.C. § 14706)
